Laura Jane Grace is best known as the lead singer of Against Me!. In this oral history, Grace reflects upon moving around as a child in military family, dropping out of high school to play music, experimenting with “cross-dressing” and eventually coming out as a trans woman in 2012. She shares insights on dating, marriage and divorce and raising her daughter.
