Amber Billey received her M.L.I.S. from Pratt Institute in 2009 with certificates in Archives and Museum Librarianship. At Pratt, she focused on metadata standards, cataloging, and digital libraries for cultural heritage institutions. She currently works as the systems and metadata librarian at Bard College. Prior to Bard, Billey worked as the metadata librarian at Columbia University. From 2009-2011, she was the metadata specialist for CollectiveAccess open-source collection management software for museums, archives, and historical societies. |

Danielle Brathwaite-Shirley is an artist working predominantly in digital media to communicate the experiences of being a Black Trans person. Their practice focuses on recording the lives of Black Trans people, intertwining lived experience with fiction to imaginatively retell Trans stories. Spurred on by a desire to record the "History of Trans people both living and past" their work can often be seen as a Trans archive where Black Trans people are stored for the future. |

Dallas Denny is a writer, editor, speaker, and community builder with a longstanding interest in trans history. In 1994, while Director of the nonprofit American Educational Gender Information Service, she formed the National Transgender Library & Archive, which now resides in the Labadie Collection at the University of Michigan. Her efforts toward preservation of historic trans material can be found on her website. |

Aaron H. Devor, Ph.D., has been studying and teaching transgender topics for over thirty years. One of the authors of versions 6 and 7 of the the World Professional Association for Transgender Health’s (WPATH's) "Standards of Care" and chair of the WPATH Archives Committee, he is widely published and has delivered lectures and keynote addresses to audiences around the world. A trans man, he is the founder and academic director of the world’s largest transgender archives at the University of Victoria, Canada. |

Susan Stryker is an associate professor of gender and women's studies and the director of the Institute for LGBT Studies at the University of Arizona. Susan earned her Ph.D. in United States History at UC Berkeley in 1992, subsequently held a post-doctoral fellowship in sexuality studies at Stanford University, and has been a distinguished visiting faculty member at Harvard University, Simon Fraser University, Macquarie University, and the University of California, Santa Cruz. Among other work, she co-edited both volumes of "Transgender Studies Reader," and is founding co-editor of TSQ: Transgender Studies Quarterly. |

Nikki Tantum received her M.L.S. from Simmons University in 2015 with a focus in archives management. She currently works as Archivist for the Portuguese American Digital Archive at UMass Lowell, where she focuses on working with local communities to build an inclusive digital archive that represents Portuguese Americans in the Greater Boston area. Prior to this position, she worked within the libraries at the College of the Holy Cross and as the project coordinator and digital archivist for the Digital Transgender Archive. |
